"i drew a map of canada

oh canada...

and i scetched your face on it twice"

Diana Krall...amazing.

Karate was good today, i saw Jon Guy for the first time in about a month.

Before i went to the adult class i studied for my psych 2 test (tomorrow...) and so i've got all these humanistic and behaviorist theories and mindset going on.

so, he tells us a story about a man, who has pysical disabilities but he can still woop your ass.

He asks...how can he do this?

i raised my hand, figuring i needed to talk more in class and put in my 2 cents, and i said "compensating, sir"

boy, i felt retarded. i should've sticked with the cliche answer and politely say, "practice and determination" but, i figured some one may know where i'm coming from and...yeah, well...no one did.

i felt stupid.

he came back at me with something else, anyway...i got stubborn and replyed with "over compensating"

i need to learn when to stop b/c then he just went on some off-the-topic tangem about working out harder or something.

so yeah, that was that. i like karate- it's slowly filling that family-like void band left me with. good times. i suppose.

other than that, things are okay- i've got a bitch of a report due soon, but oh well. it happens.

"You're in my blood like holy wine

you taste so bitter, but you taste so sweet...

i could drink a case of you, darling

and still be on my feet-

and still be on my feet."
